    Samantha Armstrong graduated in 2004 from Texas State University with a BA in Mass Communication and Major in Public Relations. She is a born and raised genuine native of Montgomery County and continues to deepen the Armstrong family roots here with her own family. She is mother to two young children, Brody and Willa.

    Samantha has been dedicated to the Real Estate and Title Industry for over 17 years. She began her career in the title industry as a scanning clerk and was quickly promoted to escrow assistant where she was an apprentice processing hundreds of title transactions. Since, she has earned the role of Escrow Officer + Branch Manager. She left the title industry for a short period, and was exposed to the real estate world while working as the Contracts Coordinator & Office Manager for IMI Resort Living at Carlton Woods, in The Woodlands, TX and Frederica Properties in Sea Island, GA. She returned to the title business in 2009.

    Samantha is an exceptionally motivated, accomplished and an expert title representative for the industry consumer. She feels it is of the upmost importance to be reliable, honest and attentive to every customer.  She is proficient in all aspects of curative title research, and has an aptitude for excellent communication, stating “the service provided to our customers is the most important aspect of our business, and an open line of clear, comprehensive communication provided is how we build the lasting relationship with our customers and realtors who come to us for our assistance.”

    Tammy Schroder is a native Houstonian and she and her husband of 24 years, Danny, and daughters Madelyn, Abigayle, and Gwendolyn have called The Woodlands home for the last 17 years.  She is the Business Development Director at Southern Title, LLC in The Woodlands and is also part owner.  Having worked 9 years in the title industry, she was instrumental in helping launch Southern Title in June of 2020 and strives to continue to grow the company through her deep relationships and connections in the real estate community. 

    Tammy studied Marketing Management at The University of Texas in San Antonio and is constantly educating herself and her clients on the ever-changing marketing trends in the real estate industry.  She is also very involved in the community and currently sits on the board of the Rotary Club of The Woodlands as well as the Rotary House.  She is past president of The Commercial Real Estate Association of Montgomery County, a member of the National Charity League Bluebonnets Chapter, a Graduate of Leadership Montgomery County, and involved in several non-profits including The Woodlands Charities, HOPE/Beyond Batten Disease Foundation, Tourette’s Association, Mosaics of Mercy, The Montgomery County Food Bank, Interfaith of The Woodlands, The American Heart Association, St. Jude, Yes to Youth, Habitat for Humanity and Make a Wish Foundation.

    When she is not at a work event, committee, or board meeting she loves to travel with her family and enjoys watching her youngest daughter play club volleyball.

    Madison Thorn grew up in the small town of Sour Lake, Texas, and made the move to The Woodlands after graduating high school. She comes from a big, lively family with four siblings, and she remains incredibly close with each of them.

    Madison began her journey with Southern Title as a receptionist and quickly advanced to the role of escrow assistant, where she spent four years ensuring that every transaction was as seamless and stress-free as possible. Her attention to detail and love for client interaction made her a natural fit in the fast-paced world of real estate transactions.

    Now, in her role in Business Development, Madison thrives on building genuine, lasting relationships with agents and clients. She enjoys connecting with people on a personal level and takes pride in helping foster trust and collaboration within the real estate community.

    Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, taking workout classes (specifically Lagree), and staying active within the community.
